Refund policy

We want you to be confident ordering MOVE.

MOVE Sport Apparel accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, odor, stains, or missing tags are not eligible for return.

FINAL-SALE ITEMS

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help when replacement inventory is available. Because inventory can change quickly, we cannot guarantee that another size or color will remain in stock.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at move_ss@yahoo.com so we can make it right.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
